If you are having difficulties using one of the Jade Designs software products, you have the following options available.

Online Support

Visit the support section of our website and begin searching for help there.
Browse the updated Reference Library.
Web Based Forum to post your questions, comments, and to interact with other users
Submit a bug report.
Unlimited e-mail support for the duration of your subscription.

Telephone Support

All of our products come with unlimited email support during normal working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) for the duration of your subscription. Telephone support is only available after a support ticket has been submitted. You must first open a support ticket by submitting a bug report and provide your telephone number. If the problem cannot be easily resolved over email, a support engineer will contact you by phone.

Premium Support Options

Per-Incident Phone Support	$100.00	When you run into a problem with any of our products that you cannot solve we can help you you get it resolved. If the problem is determined to be caused by a bug in our software, we will gladly refund the cost of the support. Each incident must be purchased in advance.
Per-Hour	$100.00	If you need help customizing a product to your development environment or developing a custom feature we can provide consulting at $100.00 per hour. Time is billed per hour or any portion of an hour with a 3-hour minimum per project paid in advance.
5-Incident Phone Support Pack	$350.00	Provides a discount for Per-Incident support when purchased in bulk. You save $150.00.
1-Year Support Contract	$1,000.00	Provides unlimited per-incident phone support for 1 year.

Feature Requests

We spend a great deal of time researching business needs, evaluating our own past experiences as well as common features included in similar products when developing our software and products. However we can only anticipate so much and we know we haven't satisfied all user needs. We are well aware some of our best ideas are sparked from user contributions and suggestions. If you feel that there is something missing in one of our products, please don't hesitate to submit a feature request at our Feature Request forum.

We prefer feature requests to be submitted here so that other users may add and contribute feedback.
